Green Cleaning Prices

    Sure, we cost a little more than “traditional” (toxic) cleaning companies.  Here’s why:

  • Our products are green – very green, which is one of the biggest cost differences.
  • We supply everything, from green cleaning products, to HEPA filtered vacuum cleaners, to compostable bamboo sponges.
  • Our cleaners are W-2 employees who earn a livable wage, plus bonuses and paid time off.  We are as socially responsible as we are environmentally responsible!
  • Our regularly scheduled customers know exactly which days and times we’ll be there (on time, every time).
  • We are licensed, bonded and insured.
  • But the biggest difference is that we are the BEST at cleaning houses!  Our customers regularly tell us, “You get what you pay for”, and the results speak for themselves.

The price to clean your home is based on many factors: size of home, surfaces, cleaning frequency, level of upkeep between cleanings, # of pets, and the different levels of clutter (“very clean” to “chaotic”), etc. To make it simple and accurate, we charge an hourly rate, instead of a per room rate. The price charged is based on the length of time required for each cleaning.

    Cleaning:

  • $40.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)
  • The first visit will take longer than other visits, but rest assured, every cleaning we do is a deep cleaning.

    Move-out / Move-in Cleaning:

  • $40.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
  • Please note that move-in/move-out services require more time than “normal” cleaning appointments

    Payment Policy:

  • We accept check, Visa or MasterCard for full payment on cleaning day. We have our own Merchant Account and charges come from “Seattle Green Cleaner, LLC”. We do NOT charge extra for using credit cards.

    Miscellaneous Fees:

  • $10.00 Late Payment fee – A $10.00 per day late payment fee will be applied when payment is not received at the time of service. (We take Visa & MasterCard too.)
  • $75.00 Cancellation Fee – A $75 charge will be applied for appointments canceled 1 to 2 business days prior to a scheduled appointment. (If we are able to fill your spot with another appointment, the fee will be waived.)
  • 100% Cancellation Fee – Cancellations received within 1 day of a scheduled appointment, same-day cancellations and no-show/lock-out appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service price. (Employees are still paid for the cleaning appointment)
  • Business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Cancellations after 5:00pm are “The next business day”.
  • $25.00 Trip Fee – A trip fee will be charged for appointments outside of Seattle unless other appointments are scheduled in the area on the same day.
  • $40.00 Return Item Fee – A return item fee will be applied to any returned check.

    Because your complete satisfaction is our #1 goal, we’ll give you $5 off your next appointment just for completing our customer satisfaction survey within 2 days of your cleaning appointment!
  • $20.00 OFF!!
    Once you’ve had the chance to enjoy our great service for yourself, recommend us to a friend. Once your friend has us clean for them, you will receive $20 off at your next appointment.

    Gift Certificates:

  • We are more than happy to create a gift certificate for any amount over $80, to the person of your choosing.  Just email us with the specifics (amount of certificate, recipient’s name, etc.).  Once your credit card payment has been received, we will create a personalized gift certificate for you to download (via email) or we can print and mail it to the recipient.
