Green Cleaning Prices

The price to clean your home is based on many factors including: size of home, surfaces, how often it is cleaned, the level of upkeep between cleanings, the number of pets and children in the home, and the different levels of clutter.

We realize that cleanliness standards range between "neat-freak" and "pack-rat" so we customize our services to meet your individual needs. To make it simple and accurate, we charge an hourly rate, instead of a per room rate. The price charged is based on the length of time required for each cleaning.

Unlike other cleaning services, we are proud to list our prices. But please do fill out a quote request for an accurate estimate of the time and cost to clean your home.

• $40.00 per hour
• The first visit will take longer than other visits. The length of time required per visit depends on the frequency of cleanings and up-keep between cleanings.

• $40.00 per hour (4 hour minimum)
• Please note that move-in/move-out services require more time than "normal" cleaning appointments

• $10.00 Late Payment fee – A 10.00 per day late payment fee will be applied when payment is not received at the time of service (unless pre-arranged). We accept Visa and MasterCard, so if a check is forgotten, we are more than happy to charge a credit card.
• $75.00 Cancellation Fee – A $75 charge will be applied for appointments cancelled 1 to 2 business days prior to a scheduled appointment.
• 100% Cancellation Fee – Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service price.
• $25.00 Trip Fee – A trip fee will be charged for appointments outside of Seattle unless other appointments are scheduled in the area on the same day.
• $40.00 Return Item Fee – A return item fee will be applied to any check returned due to insufficient funds.

  Once you've had the chance to enjoy our great service for yourself, recommend us to a friend. Once your friend has us clean for them, you will receive $20 off at your next visit.

• We accept check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) for full payment on day of cleaning.
